Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Asteria pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and hygiene seals where applicable).

  • Please try on items over underwear to ensure they remain in new condition.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, deodorant, or damage.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered on faulty items. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at customercare@asteriaaerialwear.com within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to stock availability).

  • To arrange an exchange, email us at customercare@asteriaaerialwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the size you’d like instead.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
