If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer an exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To arrange an exchange, email customercare@asteriaaerialwear.com with your order number and details of the size you need.
