Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds unless your item is proven to be faulty.

  • If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We’re happy to offer an exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • To arrange an exchange, email customercare@asteriaaerialwear.com with your order number and details of the size you need.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email customercare@asteriaaerialwear.com within 28 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if your item is faulty.

  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return postage for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
